Dress for Success

Dress for the job you want, not the job you have.

Your first impression with a recruiter or alum attending a career fair is important. All career fair events are business casual. This means:

• • Collared shirt or dressy blouse as a top (long-sleeve or short-sleeve is fine)

  • Tuck in your shirt or blouse (unless it is tailored to be untucked)

  • Slacks, dress skirt, khakis, chinos, dress, etc. (please avoid jeans)

  • Wrinkle-free clothing
