For 2022 spring recruiting, the University of Notre Dame will again offer "something for everyone" with a hybrid approach of both virtual and in-person events to provide employers multiple options for meeting with our talented students. VIRTUAL CAMPUS- WIDE FALL CAREER FAIR - Wednesday, January 19, 2022
Hosted on Handshake: 3:00-7:00 PM EST
The University of Notre Dame is partnering with Handshake to run our career fair in a virtual format. Upon registration, we'll review the details you submitted for approval. As it gets closer to the virtual event, we'll follow up with details about how to engage with students in this virtual environment.
Note: During registration, you'll be asked to share the number of representatives who plan to attend the fair. Up to 100 representatives per employer are able to participate in the fair. Each representative you register MUST have a Handshake account and then will be able to create their own unique schedule to engage with students. Representatives will receive a name tag when they check-in at the registration table. Please fill out the link below so we can create name tags in advance for those who are attending. If you already have a company issued name tag, you may bring that instead. Please bring business cards for check-in and to give out to students.

Dress for the All Colleges Fair is business casual, or whatever your employer deems appropriate. The students will be wearing business professional or business casual. Since the concourse is open air please dress accordingly.
Center for Career Development will be providing a light fare snack table on the south landing on the 8th floor of Duncan Student Center on Monday, January 24, 4:30pm-9:30pm. On Tuesday, January 25, at 4:30pm-8:30pm a dinner buffet will be provided.
6 ft. table, white linen, and two folding chairs.
If you should have a special request, we will try to accommodate your needs. Each employer is allowed two paid tables max, unless you are a fair sponsor.

AFTER FAIR IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS - January 26 - January 28, 2021
Location: Center for Career Development, 5th Floor Duncan Student Center
Center for Career Development will provide on-campus interview rooms for employers to schedule and interview students after meeting during one of our fair events. Rooms are available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employers are responsible for scheduling interviews directly with the students they would like to meet with or need to email email@example.com to make different arrangements. We can only offer one interview space per organization, but will try our best to accommodate extra room requests. For extra interview rooms, please contact Sarah Delph (firstname.lastname@example.org) and you’ll be added to a waitlist.
Check-in for employers and students at one of the Guest Service desks located on the north and south end of the 5th floor of Duncan Student Center
Masks Notre Dame has established a University-wide policy where all visitors on campus, regardless of vaccination status, are expected to wear masks inside campus buildings (except when eating and drinking). While we will continue to assess the need for masks, please make plans to wear masks for campus interviewing, info sessions, career fairs, and networking events. At this time, students who are fully vaccinated are only required to wear a mask in high-traffic flow areas. The University’s mask policy can be found here.

When shipping packages from your office make sure the event name, date, and organization name are duly noted. MANY things are happening on-campus, therefore, listing these details will help ensure you have your fair materials. (No street address is necessary)

**Boxes will be on your table when you arrive. Please be sure to have your computer generated shipping information filled out for return shipping at the end of the fair, and keep the tracking number. The carriers will not pick-up before 3 pm the next day. Center for Career Development will have tape for you to close your boxes.
